Immerse yourself in 5Â months of yoga practice and study.
Most of our students are women who are passionate about health, wellbeing and personal growth. Some are experienced yoga teachers wanting to deepen their knowledge. Others are navigating major life transitions such as motherhood, perimenopause, menopause, career change or retirement. What they all share is a desire to live with greater purpose, improve their health, and learn how to support others through yoga.
This five-month immersion combines Yoga, Ayurveda, Women's Health and Therapeutic Teaching to help you do exactly that. Our Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is designed for 200hr qualified teachers who are ready to deepen their knowledge and build on their foundational skills. This 300hr training builds a holistic skillset for teaching personalised sessions, leading workshops, and guiding retreats, all with an awareness of trauma-informed practices and a focus on practical, therapeutic applications.Â
This training includes two certification milestones, allowing students to advance through 350-hour and 500-hour qualifications as part of their progressive learning journey.
This Training Is Ideal For:
âś“ Yoga teachers seeking advanced study
âś“ Women interested in health and wellbeing
âś“ Teachers wanting to specialise in women's health
âś“ Practitioners interested in the therapeutic aspects of yoga
âś“ Teachers wanting to run workshops, retreats and mentoring programs
âś“ Women seeking meaningful personal growth
Â
Designed for Yoga Teachers and Women Seeking More
The deeper we study Yoga and Ayurveda, the more we realise that teaching is about far more than sequencing a class.
